General Situation

The monsoon trough lie across upper of the North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. The convergence of the southeasterly and the southwesterly winds in the upper level prevails over the upper Northeast region while the southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated very heavy rains are likely in the upper North and isolated heavy rains are possible in the Northeast. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. All ships should keep off thundershowers.

Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Tak, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 28-35 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km./hr.
Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Kanchanaburi, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
