General Situation

The monsoon trough lie across the upper North of Thailand and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country and isolated very heavy rains are possible in the upper North and the South(west coast) regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea: Phangnga upward and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 5-15 km./hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Lopburi, Saraburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla and Yala. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C Phangnga upward : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Phuket downward : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
