During 3 ? 7 Sep, the moderate monsoon trough moves down to lie across the lower North, the Central and the Northeast of Thailand while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South, the East and the Gulf is strengthening. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country and isolated very heavy rains are possible in the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South. During 8 ? 9 Sep, The rather strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the East and the Gulf will weaken. Less rains are likely in the whole areas and isolated heavy rains are possible in the South(west coast). While Tropical ?YAGI? over the upper South china Sea will move to the upper Vietnam, isolated very heavy rains are likely in the North, the upper Northeast and the East. During 4 ? 8 Sep, the strengthening wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 2 ? 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf, the waves have 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. On 9 Sep, the rather strong wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will weakening, Ranong upward and the upper Gulf are likely about 2 meters high, Phangnga downward is 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Inaddition The tropical storm ?YAGI? over the upper South China Sea is expected to intensify to the severe tropical storm and the typhoon, respectively.
