While Typhoon ?YAGI? over the upper South china Sea will move to the upper Vietnam, isolated very heavy rains are likely in the North and the upper Northeast. During 4 ? 8 Sep, the strengthening wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 2 ? 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf, the waves have 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 9 - 10 Sep, the rather strong wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will weakening, Ranong upward are likely about 2 meters high, Phangnga downward and the Gulf is 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
