Thundershower and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country and isolated very heavy rains are possible in the East and the South. During 8 ? 11 Sep, The rather strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the East and the Gulf will weaken. Less rains are likely in the whole areas and isolated heavy rains are possible in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South(west coast). While Typhoon ?YAGI? over the upper South china Sea will move to the upper Vietnam, isolated very heavy rains are likely in the North and the upper Northeast. During 5 ? 8 Sep, the strengthening wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 2 ? 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf, the waves have 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 9 - 11 Sep, the rather strong wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will weakening, Ranong upward are likely about 2 meters high, Phangnga downward and the Gulf is 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In addition, the typhoon ?YAGI? over the upper South China Sea is forecast to move through Hainan, China and it will make landfall over upper Vietnam during 6-7 Sep, expected to downgrade to tropical storm and tropical depression, respectively.
