General Situation

An active-low pressure cell covers upper Myanmar while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the North while isolated heavy rains are the Northeast and the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves have 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Suphanburi. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southwesterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C Ranong upward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phang Nga downward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
