During 16 ? 17 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast into the low-pressure cell over the middle coastal of Vietnam while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). During 18 ? 20 Sep, the monsoon trough will move down to the lower Central, the lower Northeast and the East into the low-pressure cell over the coast of lower Vietnam while the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Rains are likely in the North and the upper Northeast while continuous rainfall and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity , the East and the South. During 21- 22 Sep, more rains and isolated heavy rains possible causes in the country while isolated very heavy rains over whole country in the North, the Northeast, the Central and Bangkok Metropolitan Region, the East and the South. Because the Tropical strom move landfall to the upper Vietnam while the rather strong monsoon will strengthening. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers throughout the period.
