During 18 ? 20 Sep, the monsoon trough will move down to the lower Central, the lower Northeast and the East while the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Rains are likely in the North and the upper Northeast while continuous rainfall and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity , the East and the South. During 21- 23 Sep, more rains and isolated heavy rains possible causes in the country while isolated very heavy rains over whole country in the North, the Northeast, the Central and Bangkok Metropolitan Region, the East and the South. Because the Tropical strom move landfall to the upper Vietnam while the rather strong monsoon will strengthening. The strong wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to 2 - 4 meters high and above 4 meters high in thundershowers while about 2 - 3 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershowers throughout the period. In addition, tropical depression over the upper South China Sea is likely to intensify to tropical storm. It is forecast to make landfall over middle Vietnam during 19 - 20 sep.
