Meanwhile, the tropical storm ?Soulik? was down to tropical depression and covers the central Laos. Thundershowers with isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. People in these areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The strong winds force the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to 2-4 meters high and above 4 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf, the waves have about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower, small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore.

Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains with strong wind in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-26 ?C. Maximum temperature 29-34 ?C. Southwesterly winds 20-45 km./hr. Wave height 2-4 meters and above 4 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains with strong wind in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. Minimum temperature 23-26 ?C. Maximum temperature 30-34 ?C. Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and scattered heavy to very heavy rains with strong wind in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 ?C.
