General Situation

The rather strong monsoon through lies across the lower Northeast, the upper Central and the Northeast into the low pressure cell over Hainan Island, China Continuous rain with isolated heavy rain are lilkely in the whole country and very heavy rain in some places of the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. People in these areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf will weakening. Less rain but isolated heavy rains in the South. The moderate winds force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves have 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Variable winds 10-15 km./hr.
Northeastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Variable winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southwesterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong and Phang Nga. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C Ranong upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Phang Nga downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
