General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system from china extends the western portion of the North, the Northeast and the South China Sea. The monsoon trough moves down to lie across the Central, the East and the upper South. Variable weather, thundershowers, gusty winds and isolated heavy rains are likely in the upper country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Central including Bangkok and Vicinity and the East. People in upper Thailand should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands and keep healthy due to the variable weather. The weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. The winds and waves are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy heavy rains with gust in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Southeasterly winds 10-15 km./hr.
Northeastern
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. Minimum temperature 20-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km./hr.
Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains with gust in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Singburi, Saraburi, Suphanburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Variable winds 10-15 km./hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains with gust in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Songkhla. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Prachuap Khiri Khan upwards: Variable winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Chumphon downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains with gust. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-15 km./hr.
