General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system from china covers the western portion of the North, the upper Central, the Northeast and the South China Sea while the monsoon trough moves down to lie across the lower Central, the East and the upper South. At the same time, the weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the lower South and the lower Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the western part of the North and the Central, the East and the South. Morning cool, strong wind, a slightly drop in temperature and isolated rains are forecast for the Northeast. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands and keep healthy due to the changeable weather. The winds and waves are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers

Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Suphanburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 22-24 ?C. Maximum temperature 31-33 ?C. Variable winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 ?C. Maximum temperature 31-34 ?C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. Minimum temperature 24-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 30-34 ?C. Prachuap Khiri Khan upwards: Variable winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. Chumphon downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Trand and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 30-33 ?C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
