The moderate high-pressure system from china covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken leading to the easterly wind prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central, the East and the Gulf while the monsoon trough lies across the middle South. More rains are likely in the upper country and cool in the morning are forecast in the North and Northeast. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the South. People in the South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands and keep healthy due to the changeable weather. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely below 1 meter and 1 - 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
