General Situation

The easterly wind and the southeasterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East with isolated heavy rains in the areas. Meanwhile, the weak high-pressure system covers the upper Northeast of Thailand with morning cool in the areas. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to the changeable weather. At the same time, the monsoon trough lies across the middle South with isolated heavy rains in the South. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters while the wave below 1 meter in the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
