During 22 ? 23 Oct, the high-pressure system from China extend to the upper North, the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea lead to the easterly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the lower North, the Central and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the upper South. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the areas. The moderate wind force the waves in the Andaman Sea up to 1 ? 2 meters high while the waves in the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 24 ? 26 Oct, the high-pressure system still cover the upper North, the Northeast and the South China Sea while the monsoon trough will lie across the middle South. Less rains and isolated thundershowers are likely in the upper country while isolated heavy rains are possible in the South. In addition, the tropical storm ?TRAMI? over the east of Philippines will intensify to the severe tropical storm and will move to the upper South China Sea during 24 ? 25 Oct. it is expected to move near middle Vietnam during 26 ? 28 Oct.
