Cool in the morning and a slightly decrease in temperature are forecast in the North and the Northeast regions. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the upper country with isolated heavy rains in the South. During 1 ? 4 Nov, the another moderate to rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand, the upper South and the South China Sea. Thudershowers with gusty wind are likely in the upper country for the first period. Afther that, Cool in the morning with strong wind are forecast in the areas and a decrease in temperature by 2 ? 4 C are forecast in the North and the Northeast while a decrease in temperature by 1 ? 3 C are forecast in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South. The monsoon trough will lie across the middle South with isolated heavy rains in the South. During 29 Oct - 2 Nov, the moderate wind and waves in the lower Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high, the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1 -2 meters high while the waves in the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high, 1 ? 2 meters high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
