General Situation

The weak high-pressure system covers the upper North and the upper Northeast of Thailand with morning cool in the areas. At the same time, the low-pressure cell covers near the coast of middle Vietnam while the confluence of westerly and northeasterly winds prevail over the lower Central and the East with thundershowers in the upper country and isolated heavy rains in the East. Meanwhile, westerly and northwesterly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf with isolated heavy rain in the South. People in the area should keep healthy due to changeable weather and beware of heavy rains. The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Addition, during 2-5 Nov, the another moderate to rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand, the upper South and the South China Sea. Thudershowers with gusty wind are likely in the upper country for the first period. Afther that, Cool in the morning with strong wind are forecast in the areas and a decrease in temperature by 2-4 C are forecast in the North and the Northeast while a decrease in temperature by 1-3 C are forecast in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South. The monsoon trough lie across the middle South and the lower South with isolated heavy to very heavy rains.

Isolated thundershowers mostly in Kanchanaburi, Lopburi, Saraburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung , Songkhla, Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Northwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Northwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
