Decreasing in temperature by 2 ? 4 C are forecast in the North and the Northeast while a decreasing in temperature by 1 ? 3 C are forecast in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South. The monsoon trough will move down to lie across the middle and lower South with isolated heavy rains. During 31 Oct - 2 Nov, the moderate wind and waves in the lower Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high, the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1 -2 meters high while the waves in the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high, 1 ? 2 meters high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
