Cool in the morning with strong wind remain in the upper country. Meanwhile, the easterly and southeasterly of upper winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country while during 6 ? 8 Nov, the westerly trough over Myanmar and the westen pass of the North. Isolated rains/thundershowers are likely in the upper country and isolated gusty wind is likely in the North. The monsoon trough lies across the middle South while the low-pressure cell will move pass the monsoon trough that lies across the South on 5 Nov. At the same time, the northeasterly wind prevails over the upper Gulf and the upper South. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the South. The moderate wind force the waves in the upper Gulf are likely 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the lower Gulf and the Andaman Sea are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In addition Typhoon YINXING over the Pacific the eastern part of Pilippins will move into the South China Sea during 7 ? 8 NOV.
