During 19 ? 22 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea causing morning cool with strong winds and a decrease in temperature by 1 ? 2 C in the North and the Northeast while slightly drop in temperature are likely in the Central including Bangkok Metropolitan Region and the East. During 23 ? 25 Nov, the high-pressure system covering upper Thailand is weakening with increasing temperature but remains cool weather in the upper country with morning fog. The strengthening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South with more rains and isolated heavy to very heavy rains during 20 ? 25 Nov. The strengthening wind force the waves in the gulf and the Andaman Sea. The waves in the lower Gulf up to about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters in the upper gulf and about 1 meter in the Andaman Sea, 1-2 meters high offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers. In addition, severe tropical storm ?MAN-YI? over the upper South China Sea is forecast to move near Hainan, China during 19 ? 20 Nov, expected to downgrade to tropical depression and an active low pressure cell, respectively.
