During 10 ? 15 Jan, another strong high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand, the upper South and the South China Sea with a decrease in temperature and strong winds in these regions. A decrease in temperature by 5 ? 7 C is likely in the North and the Northeast while a decrease in temperature by 3 ? 5 C is likely in the rest of regions excluded the South. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthening with more rains and isolated heavy rains in the lower South. The waves in the Gulf up to 2 ? 4 meters high and above 4 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 1 - 2 meters high, 2 - 3 meters high offshore and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
Caution
During 10 - 14 Jan, People in the country should keep healthy due to cool to cold weathers and beware of fire due to dry air and strong wind.
