General Situation

The another rather strong high-pressure system from China remains over upper Thailand and the South China Sea with a decrease in temperature by 1-2 C. Cool to cold weather is likely in the North, the Northeast and the Central while cool in the morning is likely in the rest regions except for the lower South. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold weather and isolated frost are forecast. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to cool to cold weather and beware of fire due to dry air and strong wind. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South, and the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The rather strong winds force the waves in the Gulf are likely 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high, 2-3 meters high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea keep ashore.

Morning cool with strong wind and 1-2 C drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 16-21 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and 2-3 meters offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Morning cool with strong wind and 1-2 C drop in temperature in the upper part. Isolated thundershower and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 19-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C. Northeasterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trung and Satun. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Northeasterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and 2-3 meters high offshore and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
