General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea with morning fog. Cool to cold weather remains in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East while cool in the morning is likely in the rest regions except for the lower South. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold weather and isolated frost are forecast. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to cool to cold weather and beware of fire due to dry air. All transport take more caution in poor visibility. The weakening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with less rains. The moderate winds and waves in the lower Gulf are likely about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves are likely about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters high offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Morning cool and light fog. Minimum temperature 16-18 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 10-15 km./hr.
Eastern
Morning cool to cold and light fog. Minimum temperature 15-21 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Morning cool in the upper part. Isolated thundershower mostly in Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 19-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. From Nakhon Si Thammarat upward : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters. From Songkhla downward : Northeasterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Morning cool in the upper part. Isolated light rains mostly in the lower part. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool and light fog. Minimum temperature 18-21 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Northeasterly winds 10-15 km./hr.
