Cool to cold is likely in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the rest regions. the weakening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with less rains and isolated light rains in the South. The weakening wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely about 1 meter high. In the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea, the waves are likely below 1 meter high and about 1 meter high offshore. During 8 ? 11, the another moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea with a decrease in temperature by 3 ? 5 C and strong wind in the Northeast while a decrease in temperature by 2 ? 4 C in the rest regions except for the lower South.
