The weak high-pressure system covers the Northeast of Thailand with an increase in temperature and morning fog. Morning cool to cold is likely in the North while cool in the morning is likely in the rest regions. On mountaintops of the North, cold to very cold are forecast while cool to cold weather is forecast on mountaintops of the Northeast. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to changeable weather. All transports take more caution in poor visibility. The moderate easterly wind prevails over the lower Gulf and the South with isolated light rains in the South. The moderate wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution.

Central
Morning cool with fog and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Easterly winds 10-15 km./hr.
Eastern
Morning cool with fog and a slightly rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 20-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km./hr. Wave below 1 meter and about 1 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Morning cool. Isolated light rains mostly in the lower part. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-34 C. Nakhon Si Thammarat upward : northeasterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter. Songkhla downward : easterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meter.
Southern (West Coast)
Morning cool. Isolated light rains. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Easterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
