General Situation

A another moderate to rather strong high-pressure system from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea leading to the southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country while the westerly trough from Myanmar will move through the North and the upper Northeast. Thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike are likely in some areas of the upper country while hail is likely in the North and the Northeast regions. After that, a decrease in temperature by 1-3 C is likely in thease areas. People in upper Thailand should keep healthy due to changeable weather and beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent for crops damage and animals danger. The moderate northeast monsoon and easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is strengthening with more rains and scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rains in the South. The rather strong wind force the wave in the lower Gulf up to 2?3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while the waves are likely about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf and offshore in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.

Central
Isolated thundershowers with gust mostly in Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Saraburi, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. After that, 1-2 C drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers with gust in Nakhon Nayok, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. After that, 1-2 C drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southeasterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, about 2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rain in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 27-30 C. Surat Thani upwards : Easterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Easterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, about 2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers with gust. After that, 1-2 C drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
