General Situation

The easterly and southeasterly winds prevailing over the upper country is weakening while the westerly trough move pass the North, the upper Northeast of Thailand and upper Laos with less rains and isolated rains in the upper country. Meanwhile, the moderate to rather strong high-pressure system covers the Northeast and the South China Sea with cool in the morning in the North and the Northeast. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to changeable weather. Farmers should prevent for crops damage. The rather strong northeast monsoon and easterly wind prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy rains in the South(east coast). People in the South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The rather strong wind force the wave in the lower Gulf up to 2?3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the upper Gulf and offshore in the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.

Isolated light rains and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 20-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Isolated light rains and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, about 2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 21-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Surat Thani upwards : Easterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Easterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Krabi and Trang. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters, about 2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Cloudy and 1-2 C rise in temperature. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
