General Situation

A heat low-pressure system covers upper Thailand with hot and haze during the day while isolated very hot are forecast in the North, the Northeast and the Central regions. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to hot to very hot weather. Meanwhile, the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East with isolated thundershowers and gusty wind. People in thease areas beware of severe conditions. The weak easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with less rains in the South. In addition,the another moderate high-pressure system from China extend to the lower China. It?s expected cover to the Northeast and the South China Sea by tomorrow (6 March 2025) leading to the southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country where hot to very hot weather occurs. During 6?8 March 2025, outbreak of summer storms, gusty winds and hail including lightning strike are likely in some areas of the lower North, the lower Northeast, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions. People in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prevent crop damage and livestock danger.

Day hot with haze. Isolated thundershower with gusty wind mostly in Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-38 C. Southerly winds 10-30 km./hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Partly cloudy. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km./hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Westerly winds 10-30 km./hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot with haze. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 35-38 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km./hr.
