After that during 4-8 Jul, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf wills strength. While the low pressure cell covers the upper Vietnam. It likely to cause increasing in rainfalls in the North and the upper Northeast.

Warning During 3-8 Jun, 2009, due to increasing rainfall in the North and the upper Northeast, flood condition may be occur in the low land and mountainous areas. People in the risky areas should be caution.

Northern Part During 2-3 Jul, scattered thundershower.

After that during 4-8 Jul, scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Scattered to fairly widespread thundershower throughout the period. During 4-7 Jul, isolated heavy rain mostly in the upper portion. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
