General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather active low pressure trough lies across northern and northeastern Thailand and the southwest monsoon which prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening. These cause abundance rainfall in the North and Northeast. Besides, the strong wind-waves are still likely in the Andaman sea. All ships should proceed with caution.
