A trough of low pressure lies across lower northern, upper central and northeastern Thailand through an active low pressure cell in the coastal areas of middle Vietnam. The moderate southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand cause torrential rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rain over the eastern portion of Northeast and the East. People in the risky areas along foothills near waterways and in lowlands should beware of flooding condition during this period. The condition alerts for provinces of Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Due to rather strong wind wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, all ships should proceed with caution during this period.
