the Gulf of Thailand, and a trough of low pressure lies across the Central, lower Northeast and East
through the low pressure cell over the coast of Vietnam. More rain and isolated heavy rain
are expected over the areas.
The rather strong wind-wave remains in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
