The intensify low pressure trough is lying across the North and the Northeast Thailand. Its cause increasing rain and isolated heavy to very heavy falls over the upper Thailand in Nan, Phare, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Loei, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Nong Bua Lumphu, Nakhon Phanom and Sakon Nakhon. People in the risky areas should be aware of flooding condition in a few days. Southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, the Gulf of Thailand. Widely scattered to scattered rainfalls are likely over these areas. The advisory is in effect for Thailand from 22 September 2009.
