An active low pressure cell develops in the South China Sea near the coastal area of middle Vietnam. It moves west and makes landfall over Vietnam and moving along the monsoon trough which lies over the lower Northern, Central and Northeastern Thailand. Torrential rain with heavy falls many places are likely during a few days. To begin with, this affects in the Northeastern and then other part later. People in the risky areas along foothills near waterways and in lowlands should beware of flooding condition in the following 1-2 days. The severe weather alerts for provinces of Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Kalasin, Roi Et, Yasothon, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Surin and Buri Ram provinces.
