General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The low pressure trough lies over the Central and the East of Thailand to severe tropical storm “KETSANA” in the South China Sea and the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain and isolated falls are likely over the country. The rather strong wind-waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution.
Besides, severe tropical storm “KETSANA” in the South China Sea was centered about 500 kilometers east of Danang, Vietnam is moving westward 20 kilometer per hour.
