General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time A trough of low pressure cells lie across the Andaman Sea, lower Eastern and upper Southern Thailand to the low pressure cell in the tip of Indochina. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain with isolated heavy falls is expected in the areas this period.
Travelers are advised to check the weather forecast before their departure for the North, Philippines and Taiwan because of tropical storm “Parma” near the areas. The storm trends to move nearly coastal of the southern China in a next few days.
