General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, South and the Gulf of Thailand. These cause still heavy rain some place in the Central, the East and western part of the North. While moderate high pressure areas have extended its ridge to cover the North and Northeast Thailand. These cause scattered rain and 1-3 C drop over the upper Thailand in a few days.
