During 19-20 Oct, An active low pressure cell remains in the middle South China Sea and the Southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will intensify. Scattered rainfalls and isolated heavy rain are likely in the lower North, the Central, the East and the upper South Thailand. During 21-23 Oct, the moderate high pressure area from China will be extending its ridge to cover the upper Thailand. These cause thundershowers and slight decreasing temperature in the North and the Northeast and scattered rainfalls elsewhere.
Beside, typhoon “Lupit” in the Pacific Ocean trend to move to Luzon island, the Philippines during 21-22 Oct, and will move to the upper South China Sea.
Warning During 19-23 Oct, people in the lower North, the Central, the East and the upper South should beware of flooding condition.
Northern Part During 19-21 Oct, Morning cool and light fog in the upper part. Widely scattered to scattered rain in elsewhere and isolated heavy rain in the lower portion. After that during 22-24 Oct, scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in the western part with drop in temperature. Variable winds 10-30 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Morning cool and light fog. During 19-20 Oct, widely scattered to scattered thundershowers mainly in the east portion. After that during 21-24 Oct, scattered thundershowers and drop in temperature. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Central Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in the west and the lower portion almost the period. Variable winds 15-30 km/hr.
Eastern Part Scattered thundershowers to fairly widespread and isolated heavy rain throughout the period. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in the thundershower areas.
Southern Part (East Coast) Widely to scattered thundershowers throughout this period.
Especially during 19-22 Oct, isolated heavy rain in the upper portion.

Southern Part (West Coast) During 19-21 Oct, Scattered thundershowers.
Southwesterly wind 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters.
After that during 21-25 Oct, Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter.
