General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate high pressure area from China extends its ridge to covers the North and the upper Northeast Thailand. The trough of low pressure lies across the Central and the East and the lower Northeast Thailand. Torrential rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the upper Thailand during a few days. People in the risky areas should beware of heavy rain during this period.
Besides, typhoon “Lupit” in the Pacific Ocean will move to nearly Luzon island, the Philippines during 23-24 Oct. This storm has no effect on Thailand’s weather.
