Weather Forecast During 29-31 Oct, the high pressure system dominated upper Thailand. A low pressure cell covers the coastal areas of Malaysia will make landfall. Decreasing in rainfall is likely in upper Thailand. Cool weather with morning fog are likely in the North and the Northeast. Torrential rains and isolated heavy fall in the lower South. Wind and wave in the Gulf of Thailand is intensifying.
During 1-4 Nov, another rather intense high pressure area from China will extend its ridge to cover upper Thailand causing thundershowers in the first and then cooler weather, 2-6 oC drops with windy. Increasing in rainfalls and isolated heavy fall in the lower Southern and strong wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand.
Warning During 29-30 Oct and 2-4 Nov, people in the eastern portion of the lower South should beware flooding conditions. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution during 1-3 Nov, 2009.
Northern Part During 29-31 Oct, morning cool with fog. Isolated light rain mostly in the western portion. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr. During 1-4 Nov, widely scattered thundershower in the first and then cooler, 2-4 o C drops.

Southern Part (East Coast) During 29-31 Oct, widely scattered to scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mainly in the lower portion. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in the thundershower areas.

Southern Part (West Coast) Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers throughout the period and isolated heavy rain in the lower portion especially during 29-30 Oct and 3-4 Nov.
