The intense high pressure system covers the upper Thailand causing cool weather and windy, 2-5oC drop. While northeast monsoon which covers the southern and the Gulf of Thailand is intensifying. More rain in the southern (east-coast) and strong wind-wave in the Gulf of Thailand are likely. People who live in the Southern (east-coast) should beware of high wave along the coastal. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 3-4 days.
At 04.00 a.m. today, tropical storm “Mirinae” in Nhatrang, Vietnam has moved west-ward to Cambodia and downgraded to the tropical depression and dissipating at the end. This causes widely scattered light rain in the lower portion of Northeastern and Eastern Thailand.
