General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time A heat low pressure cell still covers upper Thailand. Hot to very hot with haze during the day is likely in many areas of the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East of the country.
The moderate high pressure has extended its ridge to cover middle China. It is expected to cover upper Thailand by tomorrow while start in the Northeast at the first. Summer thunderstorms i.e. thundershowers with gust and hail are likely in the areas. Thereafter it will affect the others regions of the country. People in upper Thailand should beware of severe weather during 22-24 April, 2010.
