General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The nearly strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. Scattered rains with isolated heavy falls are likely over the windward side or the western portion of the country and the East.

Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand especially in thundershower areas are likely to strengthen. All ships should proceed with caution during this period.

Northeastern Part Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nong Khai, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu,

Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mainly in Kanchanaburi

and Ratchaburi.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mainly in Chanthaburi

and Trat. Maximum temperature 32-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

mainly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani.
