General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf. Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy falls are likely over the country especially in western portion and the East. Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand strengthen. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 9-10 June 2010.
