General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time A low pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin and the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Torrential rains are likely over the country and isolated heavy falls in upper Northeast, the Central and the East.

Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand is strengthening. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during the a few days.
