General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The prevailing southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is rather strong triggering torrential rain and isolated heavy rainfalls over the whole country. People along foothills and near waterways are warned of flash flood and water run-off across northern, northeastern and eastern region of the country during few days. Wind-wave over the Andaman Sea and the Upper Gulf of Thailand becomes stronger. All ships should proceed with caution during 19-20 July.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers

mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, and Ratchaburi.
