General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Easterly wave will move to cover Central, Eastern and upper Southern Thailand by today. Abundant rain and isolated heavy falls are likely over the country. People in the risky area in Northern, Northeastern, Central, Eastern and upper Southern are warned of flash flood during the period. Wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf is rather strong. All ships should proceed with caution during few days.

Travellers are advised to check the weather forecast before their departure for South Korea and Japan due to tropical storm Dianmu near the areas.
