Weather Forecast During 1-4 Sep, Active monsoon trough which lies over northern and upper northeastern Thailand is moving down over the middle Thailand. Torrential rains with heavy rains many places are expected in upper Thailand. After that, this trough will be weakening and decreasing rain. Moderate southwest monsoon dominates the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf throughout the period.
The tropical storm “LIONROCK” (1006) in the upper South China Sea expected make landfall to South —east of China about 1 Sep, 2010. there is no effect the weather of Thailand.
Warning People in disaster areas along hill slope and near waterways are warned of possible flash flood. This severe condition is in effect for the North and the upper Northeast, the Central and the East.
