TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has cancelled the rating of the proposed issue of up to Bt520 million in senior secured debentures of Property Perfect PLC (PF). The cancellation is due to the company’s decision to change the structure of the debentures.
Therefore, TRIS Rating will no longer monitor PF’s performance, and the previously-assigned rating of “BBB” with “stable” outlook to PF’s issues should not be used for reference. -- End
