Subject Visiting BIFF & BIL 2012
- The company is a family business in Sudan since 1962 in many fields such as construction,
industry and trade in addition to some services.
- The company is investing in around 1 billion US$. Its turnover amounts to around 500 million
US$ annually. .
- The company has executed many construction projects in Sudan and other
neighboring countries such as Egypt, Libya and Tunisia in addition to some other
African countries such as Senegal and Chad . It's been responsible for building the
government buildings and officials' houses in the recently separated South Sudan.
Also it is tasked right now with some sophisticated projects for water des alination
in South Sudan which is still under operation to be finalized by end of 2013.
- The company is also dealing in precious stones as they export them to several
countries. They will contact Thai gems & jewelry companies to offer them their
products. Furthermore they consider participating in Gems & Jewelry Fair in
September, 2012 with a pavilion to display their own products in this regards
- As far as trade is concerned the company imports from several countries such as
China, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.
- They import garment, textiles, leather products specially footwear, construction
materials, cement, iron and furniture.
- They have never imported from Thailand and they have strong willingness to import
all range of products from Thailand.
- They have recently started manufacturing stainless steel water tanks. They export to
all over the world especially Arab and African Countries.
- The import value of the trade company is around 15 million US$.
- They always visit overseas exhibi tions and fairs.
- Mr. Emad showed his interest to visit the Bangkok International Fashion Fair and Bangkok
International Leather Fair(BIFF & BIL 2012) which will take place on 27 June - 01 July, 2012.
